3.1. Local Storage You understand and agree that the App stores your data (flashcards, images, audio, study history) locally on your device. We do not maintain a cloud backup of your content at this time.

3.2. Data Loss You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your device. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from:

Uninstallation of the App.
Loss, theft, or damage to your device.
Operating system updates or resets.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI systems can make errors (known as "hallucinations"). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content generated by the AI features. You should verify all AI-generated information before relying on it for study purposes.

4.2. Usage You agree to use the AI features responsibly and not to use them to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
